Coverage built for modern psychiatry.
Malpractice, cyber and management liability placement for telehealth groups and interventional psychiatry clinics practicing across states.
Why Bulwark
Coverage built for individual therapists rarely fits multi-state groups or interventional clinics. Larger brokers often skip smaller accounts.
Built for telehealth behavioral health groups, ketamine, Spravato and TMS clinics, and MSOs placing coverage for affiliated practices.

Questions
Do you insure individual therapists?
We focus on groups and clinics.
Which carriers do you work with?
We work through specialty markets and a licensed partner agency.
How do you get paid?
Commission from the carrier, disclosed on request.
When should we start?
About 90 days before your renewal.
Do ketamine clinics need special malpractice coverage?
In-office drug administration and patient monitoring sit outside what standard therapist policies were built for. Ask your carrier in writing whether the policy lists ketamine, esketamine and the routes you use, and whether every staff member who gives or monitors treatment is covered. Read the ketamine and Spravato guide.
What is the difference between claims-made and occurrence?
Occurrence policies cover incidents that happen during the policy period, whenever the claim is filed. Claims-made policies cover claims filed while the policy is active, so you may need tail coverage when you switch carriers or close. Read the claims-made and occurrence guide.
